Bill Culkin, 56 years old, of Ogden, Utah, recently passed away on May 31, 2024, in rural Vienna, Illinois. Bill worked for AMR/Abbott EMS. To honor Bill's memory, donations can be made to the family for a scholarship which will be established in Bill's memory and presented to a student pursuing paramedical certification.
